英文印刻的黑膠唱片 Gramophone Record

這首是Ryan Tedder寫給4歲兒子的一首，整首歌的想法來自於已故影星Robin Williams的作品Dead Poets Society，歌詞最主要想講述「Carpe Diem」也就是珍惜現在，中間有段 "With every broken bone, I swear I live,"是我感受最深的兩句話。

MV的故事是一位 Bryan Warnecke罹患Cystic Fibrosis(是一種西方社會常見的遺傳疾病，此病會影響全身，導致逐漸行動困難以及提早死亡，肺部會感染此病，導致呼吸困難)每天都要用機器把藥物送到肺部，這件事已成日常生活例行公事，與此病共存15年，當醫生告訴他患有這病時，他真的嚇壞了。現在他36歲，這疾病讓他更加珍惜生命中的每一刻。
